As a member of the Human Resources team of this city based purpose-driven and values led not for profit you will contribute to the HR support of head office as well as their statewide operations. It is a broad role that will utilise your excellent organisational skills and your broad HR experience.
Reporting to, and providing administrative support to, the HR Manager your key responsibilities will include recruitment and selection coordination, preparation of employment contracts and maintenance of personnel records. You will also provide employee relations advice which may include assisting with the resolution of underperformance.
You will also contribute to policy review and development and play a role in raising the awareness of new initiatives and best practice.
You will be respected and acknowledged for your organisational skills, your attention to detail, your ability to meet deadlines and getting it right first time every time. With exceptional written and verbal communication skills you will quickly get to know the organisation and its people and be committed to providing excellent customer service. IT literacy is assumed.
Whilst tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Administration would be highly regarded, of greater importance will be your HR Administration experience, your collaboratory nature and the other personal attributes you will bring to this role.
