We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our client as an Officer Manager/EA. This role is a blend of administration and coordination, some days you will be booking travel, coordinating meetings and managing diaries. Other days will see you relied upon to provide support to the Directors ensuring Board papers are prepared and despatched within the agreed timelines to enable them the time to prepare for their meetings. Following the meetings you will ensure that action items are completed within the timelines set by the Board.
The successful candidate will understand the hands-on nature of acting as the ‘right-hand’ and ‘go-to’ person for motivated, high-performing and passionate individuals. However, it is your successful track record in problem solving, taking ownership which will ensure success and a smooth transition into this newly created role.
Attention to detail will be a strength and your communication skills will leave you able to build effective relationships both internally and externally. You will be a ‘doer’, unafraid to take on this varied and challenging role, and be able to quickly gain the confidence of all stakeholders through your personable but capable style.
The ideal candidate will have highly proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
