With diverse operations that are statewide the Financial Services Manager for this city based Not for Profit plays a vital role in ensuring the financial health of the organisation.

Operating on a calendar year financial year you will be joining the team after the completion of the financial statements and audit giving you time to learn about the business before you will tackle these important tasks.

You and your team will be responsible for the production of monthly management reports and analysis, working with the operational managers providing financial advice.  Accountable for the day to day accounting and payroll functions you will also have a focus on process improvements to ensure that reporting meets the needs of the business. You will support the decision making processes through research and analysis of data.

We need a commercially astute CA/CPA who can quickly get to know the business and establish strong relationships across the organisation.  Recognised as a leader who will mentor and coach, you will have high attention to detail and proven experience in financial management.  You will also bring your expertise in process improvement to ensure that the systems, processes and internal controls are best practice.
