This CBD based firm has grown rapidly in the past few years and it is this growth which has given rise to the need to appoint a HR Manager who will be an important part of the Executive team.
This is a truly generalist role that will see you involved with Attraction and Retention, Workforce Planning, Learning and Development, Career Pathways and Performance Development.
Working closely with the Directors you will be hands on in ensuring that the firm can meet its strategic objectives by creating a constructive culture and has the talent for the future workplace.
We are seeking a HR practitioner who is ready for that next step up to HR Manager. You will have broad experience so that you can add value to all of the areas that make up your portfolio. It is expected that your experience will be supported by tertiary qualification.
You will have a reputation as a “doer” – someone who gets things done, with strong attention to the detail. An open and honest communicator you will have the presence to gain respect across the firm.
