Loewn Steel of Challenge Thinking was the Guest speaker at an informal lunch for a group of HR professionals hosted by AM Consulting on Friday 9 March.
As an ICF Accredited coach and Certified in Conversational Intelligence (C-IQ) and with over 15 years’ experience at CEO level in the private sector Loewn shared the success that can come from understanding C-IQ. It is a transformational approach that combines neuroscience and coaching to raise the conversational intelligence of Managers and Leaders enabling them to have the difficult conversations, develop teams and build healthy, thriving organisations.
An interactive session, those around the table also shared their experiences, challenges and discussed the applicability of C-IQ to their organisations.
